We recently worked with Graystone Companies to have the basement in our new townhouse finished. We met with Troy and he was very good about explaining the process and giving us suggestions and ideas. We were given a calendar of how/when everything would be happening. Troy was very involved in the process and at our home several times throughout. The entire team did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up everything at the end and were very respectful of the rest of our home. The overall cost was pretty spot on what had been estimated to us and they met the timeline, also. We would work with Graystone and Troy again. Highly recommend them!
AMAZING!!! From start to finish and even thereafter!! Troy made the building process so seamless for us. He was so patient with our ever-changing minds and last minute decisions. He was so in-tuned, listened to every thought/idea we had (and made it a reality), and stayed within the budget we outlined. In addition, he was so responsive to our calls/texts/emails - he really made us feel like a priority. We couldn't be happier with the over-all process.
